We absolutely hammered the crappies last night.
There is no question that these fish can be finicky at times, but we got into them last night and the bite lasted about 7 hours! We’d been catching them in the afternoon, but last night the bite went from the afternoon all the way until almost 11pm. A limit came home in the bucket with a bonus walleye as well.
The biggest was a 12″ crappie that looked like a pancake.
The crappie bite is on and you can get it on it while it lasts. Day house rentals are $150 per day during the week ($250 weekend) and have 4 – 6 holes to fish out of. Sleepers are $250 during the week ($500 for the whole weekend).
We also have a spear house available for $150 during the week or $250 on the weekends.
